…and here are a couple of things that show how I approach using my Tenori-on.
Drum samples
Below is a list of the the drum sounds I put into User 2. I make sure I number the samples so I can order them appropriately. The lowest ones ( 1, 2 etc) are generally lower in pitch than those with high numbers (15, 16)
It’s not a cast-iron rule, but it does help me to remember where certain sounds are located.
Unfortunately, due to copyright reasons, I can’t provide you with the actual samples, but you can readily purchase ones that will do the job from several websites.
Keeping track of the blocks
Below is an example of the records I keep, to remind me how to play one of the songs I have ‘created’. Your memory may be better than mine and you don’t need one.
